Zusammenfassung
Der Beitrag erläutert das Einsichtsrecht in das Grundbuch und das Liegenschaftskataster und bringt es in Beziehung zur Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO). Die Analyse der datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen kommt zu dem Schluss, dass Katasterämter und Öffentlich bestellte Vermessungsingenieure an der bisherigen und weitgehend bewährten Praxis der Einsichtsgewährung auch aus Sicht der DSGVO festhalten können.
Summary
The article explains the right of inspection of the land register and the real estate cadastre and relates it to the general data protection regulation (GDPR). The analysis of the data protection provisions comes to the conclusion that cadastral offices and publicly appointed surveyors can adhere to the previous and largely proven practice of granting inspection also from the point of view of the GDPR.
